Err: LD_LIBRARY_PATH not set for normal user except root

    While installing some add-ons in Firefox requires the LD_LIBRARY_PATH to install. This can be set in /etc/environment file. There is some conflict are there between users while fetching back the variables from various places. (ie. differed with respect to place where it fetched from and user).

    /etc/security/pam_env.conf is an another file used by Ubuntu to hold the global variables. Define LD_LIBRARY_PATH here to make that available to all user instead of /etc/environment file.
