While doing : Using apt-get or aptitude or dpkg

Error:

1. subprocess post installation script returned error
2. requested package should be reinstalled

Reasons:

1. Installation not completed well
2. Package corrupted while install or remove

Solution:

    Remove the entries of the package from the files of

1. /var/lib/aptitude/pkgstates
2. /var/lib/dpkg/status
